PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a time-series change of a web page for publishing information in a field in which a user is interested, by comparing a retrieved group with groups before and after the collection period to thereby calculate a development process, and by rearranging the retrieved groups based on a development measure designated by a retrieval request to thereby edit them into the browsable state and output the result. SOLUTION: This system has a control means for accessing a related page database for storing groups in each collection period of the web page when receiving the retrieval request, retrieving the group based on a retrieval condition, comparing the retrieved group with the groups before and after the collection period to thereby calculate the development process, rearranging the retrieved group based on the development measure designated by the retrieval request, and outputting the result.
