PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer control device, electronic equipment and a data transfer control method that can reduce the processing load on a processing part at control transfer. SOLUTION: When transfer condition information is set to give a command to start automatic control transfer, a transfer controller (host controller) automatically generates a transaction of a setup stage to automatically transfer packets of the setup state, and next, if data to be transferred are present, automatically generates a transaction of a data stage to automatically transfer packets of the data stage, and then automatically generates a transaction of a status stage to automatically transfer packets of the status stage. A transfer condition register sets therein data on a device request, a total size of transfer data, information as to whether a data stage is present or not, a transfer direction in the data stage, and a maximum packet size.
