PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP (Internet Protocol)/PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) integrated control apparatus, capable of transfer service and answerphone service in an integrated network by constructing an integrated system with a PSTN network and an IP network. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a terminal control part connected to a communication terminal; an IP signal sending/receiving control part connected to the IP network; A PSTN signal sending/receiving control part connected to the PSTN network; a central control part for transferring incoming calls from a PSTN communication terminal or IP communication terminals via the IP network. Or when transferring incoming calls from other IP communication terminals via the PSTN network, an incoming call from the PSTN communication terminal stored in the PSTN network or the IP communication terminals stored into the IP network is a transferred.
