PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for use of a channel, which can construct a channel in appearance similar to a natural landscape and also is considered in the surrounding natural environment, and moreover play a part in the effective utilization of timber from thinning. SOLUTION: A plurality of arms 11 are provided along the length of a place to construct a channel 1 at a predetermined interval. The panel 21 for the channel is arranged between the supports 11a of adjacent arms 11 and its both lateral ends are in contact with and supported by the corresponding supports 11a to form the sidewalls of the channel 1. Each panel 21 consists of a base frame supported by the support 11a and sidewall components 23 made of thinned timber that are installed to cover the opening of the base frame. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
