摘要 PURPOSE: An optical device having an optical circulator for dispersing and compensating a polarization mode and an applicable device thereof are provided to compensate the linear double refraction by installing an optical circulator at a center portion of an optical waveguide region for generating a linear double refraction phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An optical device having an optical circulator for dispersing and compensating a polarization mode includes an optical circulator(30). The optical circulator(30) is installed at a center portion of an optical waveguide region on which a linear double refraction phenomenon is generated by the first grating. The optical circulator(30) is used for rotating a polarized side of the polarized beam as much as 90 degrees and removing or reducing a time delay phenomenon between polarization modes. The second grating is installed around the first grating on the optical waveguide region.
