PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and accurately manage charge in a cargo shipping system on a payroad.

SOLUTION: The cargo shipping system on a payroad is composed of an unloading information collecting means for collecting the unloading information of cargo to be unloaded from a cargo shipping vehicle TV at a cargo unloading station ST set for payroad PR in a state allowing the cargo shipping vehicle TV enter and leave, and a charge calculating means for calculating use charge in the payroad according to the cargo to be unloaded for the cargo shipping vehicle based on the collected information of the unloading information collecting means.
