PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring part which is optically coupled with an optical input/output device with high efficiency, high in the degree of freedom of wiring, and has an easy-to-manufacture structure, and an optical and electronic parts mixedly loaded substrate which uses the optical wiring part. SOLUTION: The optical wiring part equipped with a 1st core 22 provided in a film 21 formed of a clad material along a film surface, a 2nd core 23 which is provided in the film along the film surface and crosses the 1st core 22, a direction converter 24 which is provided at the intersection part between the 1st core and 2nd core and with which the 1st core and 2nd core are optically coupled, and an optical input/output part 25 which is provided on an end surface of the film 21 and of an optical waveguide composed of the 1st core and 2nd core is mounted on the mount substrate so that the film surface is vertical with respect to the loaded substrate.
