PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of nonconformity in an image due to toner aggregation at the inside of a developing device and at the inside of a toner cartridge under the environment of high temperature. SOLUTION: Toner incorporates at least a binding resin, and in the case that the glass transition point of the binding resin in the toner is set as Tg°C, the weight rate A of the toner remaining on a sieve after sieving by the sieve whose opening is set as 106μm after being left standing for three hours at temperature T1 (Tg-2)°C and the weight rate B of the toner remaining on the sieve after sieving by the sieve whose opening is set as 106μm after being left standing for three hours at temperature T2 (Tg+2)°C satisfy the expressions of (1) A≤0.05 and (2) B≤0.15.
