PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic disk which prevents chips from adhering to a polishing tape, keeps washing property and processability after it is processed and is excellent in error characteristics after a magnetic film is formed. SOLUTION: A surfactant represented by a formula R-X (1) äwherein, R is a 5-20 carbon number alkyl group, alkenyl group, phenyl group substituted with one to three alkyl groups or naphthyl group substituted with one to three alkyl groups; and X is -SO<SB>3</SB>Y, -COOY or -OSO<SB>3</SB>Y (wherein, Y is a basic group)} and an alkanol amine are contained in a water-soluble oil solution composition for processing the texture of a Ni-based metal plated substrate.
