PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a passing control of writing and reading of data to a memory at a high speed with a relatively simple constitution in a memory device. SOLUTION: This memory device has a memory 23, an access control part 22 for controlling access to the memory 23, a data writing request part 21 for requesting the writing of the data to the memory 23 from the access control part, a data reading request part 24 for requesting the reading of the data from the memory from the access control part, a writing counter 224 for counting the number of data in writing of the data, a reading counter 225 for counting the number of data in reading of the data, and a difference arithmetic operation part 226 for outputting an access alarm when a difference is not in a prescribed range by determining the difference between a value of the writing counter 224 and a value of the reading counter 225.
