PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic brake that increases a braking force and decreases the amount of turn slip. SOLUTION: This hydraulic brake used together with a relief valve installed in a hydraulic circuit for driving mounted on construction heavy equipment such as an excavator, adjusts the relief pressure of the relief valve by adjusting back pressure in the downstream of the relief valve interlocking with the excavator. A brake is equipped with a back pressure adjusting means switched by an electric signal or the application of a hydraulic signal interlocked with the driving of the excavator, and adjusting the relief pressure of the relief valve by adjusting the back pressure of the hydraulic circuit from the downstream of the relief valve.
