PURPOSE: A high speed coating system of steel material is provided to promptly perform first and second coating operations by uniformly heating the steel material as proceeding a steel material for building at a high speed in one line, and a high speed coating method of the steel material using the high speed coating system is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a coating system for continuously coating a steel material, the high speed coating system of the steel material comprises a foreign material removing unit(10) for removing foreign materials on the steel material by spraying fine particles onto the surface of the steel material transferred by conveyor(12) proceeded to a speed of 40 to 70 m/min; a low frequency preheater(20) for preheating the steel material transferred from the foreign material removing unit(10) by the conveyor(12) to a temperature of 90 to 110 deg.C using low frequency; first painting booth(30) for spraying paint on the steel material transferred from the low frequency preheater(20) by the conveyor(12); a high frequency dryer(40) for drying the paint coated on the steel material by increasing temperature of the surface of the steel material transferred by the conveyor(12) in the state that the steel material is loaded on load frame after temperature of the steel material is decreased by paint coating in the first painting booth(30) using high frequency; second painting booth(50) for spraying paint on the steel material transferred by the conveyor(12) in the state that the steel material is loaded on the load frame after temperature of the surface of the steel material is increased by the high frequency dryer(40); and a cooling part(60) for cooling the steel material transferred by the conveyor(12) in the state that the steel material is loaded on the load frame after it is spray painted in the second painting booth(50).
