An active substance is extracted from female mammal (including human) blood or colostrum (including the colostrum-like secretion of breasts of new-born mammals) by centrifuging the material to remove blood or fats, subjecting the serum or butter milk to solvent extraction or precipitation to remove concerolytic enzyme ppts extracts which are worked up by centrifugation at 12-18 degrees C to remove anti concerolytic enzyme and retaining the cancerolytic enzyme in the serum or butter milk. Used to treat malignant tumours.
