<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter integrated motor for a vehicle which is possible of downsizing while keeping shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A power switching element 6 and a smoothing capacitor 7 are fixed to the outside periphery of the peripheral wall of a motor housing 4, and a control circuit is mounted on a printed board 9 or the like fixed finally to the motor housing 4. The switching element 6, the smoothing capacitor 7 and the control circuit are wired and connected with each other by a combined plate with a built-in bus bar and outer flame 8 as a wiring part. This combined plate with a built-in bus bar and outer frame 8 includes many bus bars which have suitably two-layer structure for crossing of wiring and are united with one another, while securing insulation among one another or from outside by a plate 83 molded of resin. The combined plate is fixed to the outer peripheral face of the peripheral wall of the motor housing 4 via the plate 83 molded of resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
