<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination correcting method for a rotary shaft capable of securing the squareness of the rotary shaft to a rotation base at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 21 is fixed to a fit-in hole 22a formed in the rotation base 22, and the inclination of the rotary shaft 21 is corrected so that the rotary shaft 21 stands up in the vertical direction with respect to the rotation base 22, and at this time, the correction of the inclination is established by crushing a part in the neighborhood of the fit-in hole 22 and located on the side opposite to the direction in which the rotary shaft 21 is inclined (D- direction), and the shaft is made to stand up in the vertical direction with respect to the rotation base 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
