PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic display in which the display medium is uniformly transferred and by which compatibility of enhancement of stability and reduction of a driving voltage is achieved in a device for displaying an image by transferring particles by coulomb force, etc. SOLUTION: A transparent spherical spacer is arranged between opposite substrates at least one of which is transparent, particulate matters indicating high flowability are encapsulated at an aerosol state that solid-state materials are stably floated as dispersoid in gas and the particulate matters are transferred by coulomb force, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
