PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographic lens constituted so that the displacement of a focal position in the midst of exposure can be corrected, and also, a blurring on a photographic screen caused by such a failure that the photographic lens becomes eccentric other than in the optical axis direction can be corrected, and to provide an optical instrument equipped with the photographic lens. SOLUTION: The photographic lens is provided with a 1st focusing group for focusing, and a 2nd focusing group for correcting the displacement of the focal position caused by the deviation of the focused state in the midst of the exposure obtained by the 1st focusing group.
