PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel which is improved in terms of miniaturization, the enlargement of the degree of freedom in design of the electrical part mounting substrate and the assembling workability in the lens barrel equipped with an actuator and the electrical part mounting substrate. SOLUTION: The lens barrel with the actuator having a narrow part and the electrical part mounting substrate for mounting the electrical parts to control the actuator, is characterized in that the narrow part of the actuator and the electrical part mounting substrate are arranged at nearly the same position in the optical axis direction and formed so that they can be integrated.
