PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera system three-dimensional measuring device capable of measuring the shape of a measuring object in a noncontact way without mounting a reflection type target on the measuring object. SOLUTION: This camera system three-dimensional measuring device 1 for measuring a measuring object in the noncontact way has a light source 8 for forming a target 6 by irradiating the measuring object 2 with a beam 20 in a prescribed wavelength range, a photographing means 4 for photographing the measuring object irradiated with ordinary light 30 and photographing the target by using a filter element 16 for transmitting only a beam having the wavelength in the prescribed wavelength range, an image processing means for converting the image photographed by the photographing means into a stereoscopic image by performing image processing, and a measuring means for measuring the stereoscopic image acquired by the image processing means.
