PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a blow-off speed of cold air. SOLUTION: In the cooling chamber 16, a fan 30 inside is housed in a fan case 35 and mounted, and a fan cover 26 inside is swingably provided. A first guide 40 which is a cylindrical shape of a little larger diameter than a vane 32 of the fan 30 inside is protruded on a surface board 38 of the fan case 35. A second cylindrical guide 42 fitted to the outer periphery of the protruded end side of the first guide 40 with clearance is protruded on the back of the fan cover 26 inside. Since it will be in the state where the guides 40, 42 are arranged without omission in the comparatively near the surrounding of the vane 32 over the long distance from the just front of the vane 32 to the fan cover 26 inside, the blow-off speed of the cold air is increased and the cooling speed is increased. The occurrence of the short cycle that blow-off cold air is immediately turned into the cooling chamber side is avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
