PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-passing apparatus capable of promptly warning an user stopping water leakage at a primary side even if a diaphragm is damaged when preventing occurrence of back flow by providing a check valve to maintain a valve part receiving secondary pressure in a closed condition with introducing primary pressure to the diaphragm of a pressure receiving part. SOLUTION: Supply water pressure is introduced as the primary pressure to the pressure receiving part 45 of the check valve 4 through a primary pressure introducing path 6d. Inner pressure of a pouring path 31 is introduced as the secondary pressure to the valve part 44. An automatic closing means 64 is inserted in the primary pressure introducing path. A valve body 645 is contained in a containing chamber 643 with leaving a clearance around it and maintained in an open condition with a spring 646 when water is in a static state. When the pressure receiving part is damaged and the water in the primary pressure introducing path is flowed to an atmospheric opening port 40, the valve body 645 is pressed to an outlet port 642 and closed with differential pressure due to flow resistance generated when the water is passing through the clearance. Valve closing movement is detected by a magnet 647 and a proximity switch 648, and a warning is given from a remote control 71. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
