PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-tank drain valve which allows an operation part to be easily operated with a weak force, and enables an auxiliary operation part for the low-tank drain valve to be arranged in an arbitrary position in a free direction. SOLUTION: This low-tank drain valve is equipped with an inner sleeve whose upper end is provided with the operation part for cleaning and which is vertically driven so as to realize a valve opening/closing operation. An auxiliary operation device, which is provided above a casing, is composed at least of an actuator shaft, a rotating arm which is journaled on the actuator shaft, and a rotary actuator which is arranged so that a driving force can be transferred to the actuator shaft in such a manner that the rotating arm is moved so as to be freely rotatable in a normal/reverse direction. The auxiliary operation part for the rotary actuator is provided; and when the auxiliary operation part is operated to drive the rotary actuator and rotate the rotating arm, the valve opening operation is realized by virtue of the upward drive of the inner sleeve which is brought into continuous contact with the operation part.
