PURPOSE: A floor is provided to construct a floor rapidly and easily and to have eco-friendly and thermal insulating effects. CONSTITUTION: The floor comprises a fixing rail(3) provided with coupling holes to fix on the floor(2) by concrete nails(5) and coupling grooves to couple a floor board(7), insulating materials(4) installed on the fixing rail(3), a floor board(7) provided with fixing pieces(9) fitted to the coupling grooves of the fixing rail(3), a finishing molding(11) provided with a cover unit(10) to finish the fixing rail(3) installed with an indoor wall and a wall.
