The waste bin handling machine has a double door (1) with trap doors (2) positioned vertically of the bin (3) fixed to an arm connected to a moto-reduction gear drive (5). A control (11) operates with a time delay to lift a full bin and close the traps. The emptying of the bins is operated by a push button electric circuit which operates the motor-reduction drive to place on the of the bins opposite the double door.
