<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic illicit access verification device at the power saving time capable of detecting easily an error of a power saving operation sequence and illicit access to a block in power saving operation from another block, and heightening the work efficiency of prior verification, concerning the prior verification of the power saving operation of a digital circuit system. <P>SOLUTION: The prior verification of the digital circuit system having a power saving control function and constituted from a plurality of blocks to which power saving countermeasures are applied respectively has power saving operation definition information for utilizing information defining the power saving operation sequence and the power saving operation state in the sequence as rule information for the power saving operation, an illicit access information collection means for monitoring the illicit access to the block in the power saving operation from another block following the power saving operation definition information and collecting the illicit access information, and an illicit access information output means enabling to grasp easily the illicit access state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
