<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus for reducing wasteful energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical apparatus comprises an electrical control means 5 for outputting a using state signal showing a using state; and a specific day determining means 7 inputting the using state signal by the means 5 to determine the specific day, according to the using state to output a specific day signal. The apparatus receives the input of the specific day signal from the means 7 and changes the power consumption mode.
