PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method and a ground improvement device for various uses capable of aiming at a simple system, shortening of a construction period and reduction of a construction cost. SOLUTION: A method forming an improvement body by inserting an injection pipe having from one to several places of injection ports in the ground and drawing at a predetermined speed while injecting a high-pressure of water containing a hardener liquid or a hardener from the injection ports in the predetermined direction as the ground improvement method forms the improvement body in a predetermined or an optional radiate shape.
