TRANSCEIVER CONNECTABLE WITH NETWORKS DIFFERENT IN TRANSMISSION STANDARD

PURPOSE: A transceiver connectable with networks different in a transmission standard is provided to realize a single transceiver connectable with networks different in a transmission standard without installing an extra equipment. CONSTITUTION: A frame synchronous channel assigning unit(370) or E1 framer(380) assigns a frame synchronous channel of a transmission standard of each network to signal rows to be transmitted to generate a frame. A frame multiplexor(330) multiplexes the frame received the frame synchronous channel of each transmission standard from the frame synchronous channel assigning unit(370) or E1 framer(380). A line interface unit(310) converts the multiplexed signals into bipolar signals to be connected to a network. A frame demultiplexer(390) demultiplexes the frames to distribute the demultiplexed frames into a subordinate link.
