PURPOSE: A turnbuckle for measuring tensile force of tensile members in a steel-frame structure is provided to improve reliability for managing the steel-frame structure by uniformly distributing tensile force to tensile members. CONSTITUTION: A turnbuckle includes a first tensile member(4a) formed at a right portion of the turnbuckle and having a right-hand screw, a second tensile member(4b) formed at a left portion of the turnbuckle and having a left-hand screw, a bending section(1) formed at a center portion of the turnbuckle, stoppers(2) positioned at a center of the bending section(1), and a gap measuring section(3) for measuring a gap between the stoppers(2). The stoppers(2) restrict the bending section(1) in such a manner that a deformation range of the bending section(1) is within an elastic deformation range.
