PURPOSE: Provided is a battery fastening holder which can firmly fasten a battery and continuously maintain a ground contact of battery, and which can prevent poor working of electronic instrument such as wireless remote control owing to poor contact of existing battery. CONSTITUTION: The battery fastening holder comprises a plastic molding(10) having first and second fastening units(12,14), and first and second fitting grooves; a steel molding for (+) terminal having coupling unit, elastic pinch unit(24), and a ground unit(26); and a steel molding for (-) terminal having a coupling unit, a battery ground unit(34), and a ground unit(36). The holder can stably maintain (+)(-) ground contact of battery and its connection, and thus overcome poor working of electronic instrument owing to poor contact.
