<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system and an electricity charge settlement system capable of improving cost/performance as the entire power supply grid while a power- generation capability for stably supplying an electric power of high quality to a power grid is assured. <P>SOLUTION: In a power supply system, a customer 3 concludes a contract with an electricity producer 2 through a power transmission line network of a power company 1. The power company 1 comprises a power generation amount instruction corrective value calculating means, which calculates a power generation amount instruction corrective value for the electricity producer 2, based on at least one measurement value from among a frequency, voltage, and load of the power grid and a power generation amount value required from the customer 3 to the electric power producer 2, and a contribution calculation means which calculates a contribution of the electric power producer 2 to stabilization of the power grid, based on the power generation amount instruction corrective value and a power generation amount measurement value of the electric power producer 2. The calculated power generation amount instruction corrective value is transmitted to the electricity producer 2. The electric power producer 2 generates power with the received power generation amount instruction corrective value as a target value for power generation amount.
