<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium in which deletion, alteration and unauthorized copy of data for a medical fee bill can be prevented, space can be reduced in managing the medical fee bill with user friendliness and inexpensiveness, and the data for the medical fee bill is recordable. <P>SOLUTION: This medium is the optical information recording medium to be read by a computer terminal which comprises a reproduction-only area 19 in which information is beforehand recorded during a medium manufacturing process, and a recordable area 20 in which recording is allowed but rewriting the information written once is not allowed. Regarding the information recorded in the reproduction-only area 19, the information regarding the medical fee bill is configured to be individually recorded in the reproduction-only area 19, when a write program to be read by the computer terminal which is required to write the information regarding the medical fee bill in the recordable area 20 is executed by the computer terminal as the write program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
