<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for internal combustion engine that can effectively utilize a material by hardly producing scrap materials. <P>SOLUTION: This ignition coil for internal combustion engine is provided with a cylindrical first core 12 passed through the inside of a bobbin wound with a coil, and a second core 15 passed through the outer periphery of the bobbin 11 and joined to the end section of the core 12, so as to constitute a closed magnetic circuit between the cores 12 and 15. Since the second core 15 is formed by spirally winding a silicon steel sheet used as the material of the core 15 to a laminated thickness by deforming the width section of the steel sheet, the steel sheet can be utilized effectively by hardly producing scrap materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
