PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having a high fixing property and a storage property, particularly having a high transfer property and free from decrease in printing density or fogging even when the toner is used for printing for a long period of time in various environments. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner consists of color particles containing a binder resin, a colorant, an electrification controlling agent, and a rosin ester having≤2 acid value, and an external additive.
