PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film simultaneously meeting anti-fogging properties and mechanically packaging suitableness such as slipperiness. SOLUTION: The film contains a surfactant composition comprising (a) an ester of an 8-24C long-chain fatty acid and monoglycerol, (b) an ester of the 8-24C long-chain fatty acid and diglycerol, (c) an ester of the 8-24C long-chain fatty acid and tetraglycerol, and (d) a polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester.
