PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive geo-pollution surveying device capable of obtaining the result of pollution survey as 'a surface', accordingly, preventing pollution sources from being omitted, and leading to complete decontamination. SOLUTION: This device for surveying pollutants included in fluids such as underground air or underground water existing in earth layers is equipped with a self-propelled device 1, a pressure bulkhead 2 mounted on the device 1 with its opening part directed to the ground surface and capable of forming an enclosed space left by the ground surface, a suction device 3 mounted on the device 1 for sucking underground fluid into the pressure bulkhead 2 by sucking air in the bulkhead 2 to give a negative pressure thereto, and an analyzer 4 mounted on the device 1 for analyzing pollutants included in the underground fluid sucked into the pressure bulkhead 2.
