PURPOSE: A sleeve for optical fiber connector and a fabricating method thereof are provided to form a straight sleeve without a tapering part by forming a long sleeve perform and cutting a front portion of high density and an end portion of low density from the long sleeve perform. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials of low viscosity are pelletized by mixing zirconia of 82-83 weight percent, polyethylene of 2-3 weight percent, ethylene vinyl acetate of 4-5 weight percent, paraffin wax of 8-9 weight percent, carnauva wax of 0.5-1 percent, and stearic acid of 0.5-1 percent. A pellet is formed by pelletizing the raw materials of low viscosity. An injection molding process is performed to form a long sleeve perform. A front portion as a high density part and an end portion as a low density part are cut from the long sleeve perform.
