<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that charging to an information processor in a functional configuration wherein a distribution data providing function and a distribution data acquiring function coexist is not taken into account. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor comprising the information exchange system is provided with a group management means in which a group is formed with the other information processor and a logging means for measuring operating information, such as the presence/absence of transmitted or received distribution data or a distribution data amount/transmitting-receiving time, in accordance with a transmission source group/transmission destination group at least.
