PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a check of an electric leakage detection even without opening the electrodes at the contact point for the main circuit by a breaking part in a ground leakage breaker. SOLUTION: A means to connect a control means to form a control signal for a current break based on an output for a check outputted from a detecting means of the tertiary winding wire or the like of ZCT, with a detecting means side for the check is installed in a check mode.
