PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multitask processor which can concurrently perform a plurality of tasks at the same time without increasing the size of the circuit. SOLUTION: The multitask processor 1A is provided with an instruction memory 8A which stores a program, instruction processing parts 4A and 5A which read instructions of the program stored in the instruction memory 8A and perform the instructions as tasks, and a scheduler 9A which selects tasks for the instruction processing parts 4A and 5A according to priority of a plurality of tasks and assigns the selected tasks to the instruction processing parts 4A and 5A.
