PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus that enables a user to reproduce the broadcasting programs of an arbitrary channel at specific time after broadcasting, when receiving the broadcasting program signals of a plurality of channels. SOLUTION: By using tuners 11a to 11d and encoders 12a to 12d, the broadcasting program signals of the plurality of channels received by an antenna 10 are received and processed in parallel, and are written to a memory 14. Then, during or after the broadcasting, a CPU 17 using an operation section 16 for reading the broadcasting program signal of the broadcasting program specified by the user from the memory 14, carries out reproduction by an analog encoder 15 for outputting from a monitor 5.
