PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell for easily adjusting a deviated position error without shaving a strain element, and without requiring skill. SOLUTION: A plurality of strain gauges are respectively stuck to respective flexible parts e of the strain element 10 having a plurality of flexible parts e, and a plurality of Wheatstone bridges 21 to 24 are formed of the respective strain gauges S1 to S8, and are constituted so as to obtain detecting output Wout of a measuring object load by the linear sum of output of the respective bridges. When calculating the linear sum, a factor to be multiplied to the output of the respective bridges is set as a value for offsetting a deviated position error component included in the output of the respective bridges so that load detecting output of eliminating a deviated position error can be obtained only by setting the factor in an arithmetic operation part 3 by determining the factor without shaving the strain element 10.
