PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a pipe. SOLUTION: A first pipe 1 having a part 4 to be fitted and a second pipe 10 having a fit-in part 14 fitted to the part 4 to be fitted are provided. A threaded hole 6 orthogonal to the axis of the first pipe 1 is formed in the part 4 of the first pipe 1, a stop screw 7 is screwed to the threaded hole 6. A packing receiving annular body 13 is provided on an outer circumferential part of a part continuous to the fit-in part 14. An annular packing 16 fitted to the fit-in part 14 is held by the packing receiving annular body 13 and the part 4 to be fitted. In this condition, the stop screw 7 is abutted on a bottom part of an annular groove 18 formed in the outer circumferential part of the fit-in part 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
