PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preloading spring which prevents electrical erosion in a rolling bearing and a motor using such. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a rolling bearing 3 having an inner ring 3a which supports a rotating shaft 1, an outer ring 3b held on a bracket 4, and a large number of balls 3c placed between the inner ring 3a and the outer ring 3b, and the preloading spring 8 which provides the rolling bearing 3 with preload.
