PURPOSE: A conveyor belt device used in a foaming process is provided to reduce the weight of a foaming machine and to improve energy efficiency by using a belt instead of a caterpillar. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor belt device is composed of a motor, a driving drum(15) driven by the motor, a driven drum(10) driven by the driving drum, and a stainless belt. The belt covers the driving drum and the driven drum, and transmits the driving force of the driving drum to the driven drum. A tension control unit includes a light sensor, a cylinder bar(32), and a hydraulic cylinder(30), and control the tension of the belt. A sealing unit prevents the leakage of foaming resin.
