A compensating element (23) is permanently connected to a first formwork element (21) and a second formwork element (22) wherein the compensating element (23) has openings formed like elongated holes on the side along its axial direction through each of which one tube penetrates which terminates in one housing each on both sides of the compensating element (23). The housings can be displaced along the tube and be moved via a rod assembly. When the compensating element (23) is displaced into a formwork dismantling position, the formwork elements (21, 22) and the compensating element (23) are released from the concrete surface and the entire device can be moved.
