<p>1-Aminoalkylcycloalkyl cpds. as bactericides fungicides disinfectants, insecticides and acaricides New cpds. of formula (where R0 is 10-14 ring C cycloalkylidene R1 is acyl; alk is lower alkylene seps. R0 from R2 by 3C atoms or gp. of formula -C(=CH2)-CH2-, and R2 is tert. amine) and their salts may be prepd by acylating the corresp. cpds where R1 is H, and opt. converting to required optical isomer or salt. The 1-aminoalkylcycloalkanols have bactericidal and fungicidal action, esp. against dematophytes, in human and veterinary medicine, the acyl cpds. are useful as disinfectants, and both show insecticidal, acaricidal and fungicidal action.</p> |
