The device for the transporting of door frames has two mounting or clamping devices (A,B) fitted on a rail (6). At least one of the devices is adjustable and so keeps movable parts at a desired measurement. For special purposes, several mounting or clamping devices may be fitted, and the rail may be correspondingly long and even consist of several sections and fitted with an offset in relation to each other. The measurement can be adjusted with the assistance of a readable scale (8), and the clamping devices may be fixed by a thumbscrew.
