<p>The building is enclosed by a shell which is erected by means of a crosswall construction system of prefabricated supporting concrete slabs (4-4g) which are stabilized by at least one transverse reinforcing (7a) and longitudinal reinforcing (7,12,12a) in a way that both in the ground and also in the upper story a large-area flexibly extendable room shell is constructed which is individually designed and altered by means of statically non-active inner walls.</p> |
