Arrangement for the production of concrete molded parts comprises a mold insert having a mold nest and a pressure plate (DP) acting on a concrete filler (BM) in the mold nest. The surface of the pressure plate facing the filler is provided with a buffer layer made from a layered material which is elastically deformable and is softer than steel. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the production of a pressure plate for the above arrangement.
